The Picture on the right shows the process of stripping off the existing plastisol cladding. This Process involves removing the existing plastisol with chemical stripper and a high power water jet. The surface is then cleaned and denibbed with wire wool, all rust is removed by mechanical grinders and spot primed before the new coatings are applied.

The picture on the right shows the plastisol coating fully restored to its original appearance. This is acheived by the application of Crown Steelseal primer and Crown Steelseal topcoat, using spray, roller or brush application. It is essential that the paint film thickness is monitered during this process and the overall recommended Dry Film Thickness must be acheived.
