This project involved decorating the public areas of the Bridges Shopping Centre. There was no disruption to commercial activities of the centre and the project was completed within a very tight schedule.

Azalea Terrace

This project for Sunderland Housing Group involved the complete internal and external refurbishment of the building. The staircases were decorated using a multicolour system, sprayed in two complementary colours and divided by a lincrusta dado.

Phase I of project by Allan Evans Decorators refurbishment of the Esplanade, Sunderland. This included decoration of old victorian houses for this project which had been turned into offices. Tasks included damaged old coving made good as mouldings and full redecoration of exterior and interior to this new exclusive gated terrace of luxurious prime residental properties in the centre of Sunderland.
