Phase I of project by Allan Evans Decorators refurbishment of the Esplanade, Sunderland. This included decoration of old victorian houses for this project which had been turned into offices. Tasks included damaged old coving made good as mouldings and full redecoration of exterior and interior to this new exclusive gated terrace of luxurious prime residental properties in the centre of Sunderland.
